9.6.18 2:00pm Acid NYC The New York City based design duo of Evelyn Luna and Scott Chester always manage to live up to their brands's namesake and this show was no different. The bright colors of purples, greens, and orange were blended with their trademark 'acid' technique. We love when brands use the same models and seeing #muse Brett David strutting down the runway made us feel like we were back at their very first show. The tailoring of the shorts sent down the runway wer
3:00pm Denibi Barcelona The minamalistic Barcelona based fashion house is back on the scene, excited to show off their SS18 collection. Inspired by their city of Barcelona, the color palette was on display by the calm pastels of blues, pinks, and neutral whites. Playing with volume on many of the pieces, one could clearly see the architecture and aesthetic of their dear city. Not one to miss an opportunity, the fashion house also had on display their line of handbags completi

The Músed Collection , called the ‘Divine Love Letter’ was inspired by a dark period, followed by hope, correlating to much of today's current climate. Being in the hauntingly beautiful space, Jones' channeling of angels, lions, and all things gold managed to shine through. Seamlessly working in her mens pieces- which could be worn by any gender
9.6.17/3pm: M65 Presentation Starting off NYFW a day early, we were looking forward to an illuminating presentation from M65, put on by NYFW guru Sydney Reising. The second installment of the M65 collection by Anthony Hendrickson was a direct reflection of his childhood. Menswear often shifts towards darker hues so we appreciated the neon red and yellow s

Using a monochromatic color scheme, the black and white street-wear can be used all year round. The stand out piece for us was the white raincoat, which can replace the drab one that is probably already hanging in your closet. Another surprise was women's wear was sprinkled in th

Its inspirations derived from the indie film "
2.13.16/6pm: Diesel Flagship Store Launch Kicking things up a notch this NYFW, Diesel decided this would be a perfect time to launch their new flagship store on Madison Avenue. We're sure with the new direction from creative director Nicola Formichetti, the brand will be at Madison Avenue to stay. Waiting until "everybody was in town," Formichetti decided this was the time to throw an extravagant party at the new location and then to rent out a mansion just a few blocks away.
